‍ Although Quixy was able to drive engagement and motivation through Empuls, the element of constant and easy collaboration was missing. To ensure extensive platform usage, Quixy integrated Empuls with Microsoft Teams.

With the Microsoft Teams integration, the recognition, engagement & rewarding functionalities of Empuls was now be available from within Teams itself. Teams users at Quixy could now use Empuls to build company goals, share organizational updates, recognize individuals & reward high performers.

By extending Empuls app capabilities to the work context with the Teams integration, user participation on the platform increased, and Empuls now has very high employee interaction with all app features. And Quixy’s HR team the operational hassles  have reduced and they are now happy to have everything under the same umbrella.
